• Who is this course designed for?

This course curriculum is designed for hoteliers, restauranteurs, tea room owners/managers, hospitality institutions, and individuals/groups interested in acquiring introductory knowledge on tea.

Workshop Details

This workshop will comprise basic knowledge of tea and the process of sensory evaluation. The following topics will be covered during the workshop:-

• Basics of Tea (Camellia sinensis).

• Introduction to the primary varieties of tea - White, Green, Oolong, Black and Pu-erh tea.

  
  

• An Introduction to Brewing Tea the Right Way.

• An Introduction to Tea Tasting Methodology.

• Tea Tasting Session of 10 varieties of Tea.

  
  

• The Art of Pairing Tea with Chocolate and Cheese, Fruits and Nuts.

• Currency exchange rates are subject to change without prior notice. A fixed PHP workshop fee applies to Filipino citizens. For further details, please contact your country representative.

• The workshop fee covers two (2) participants, which constitutes the minimum class size.

• If only one (1) participant is enrolled and wishes to proceed with the workshop, the session will still be conducted, and the full workshop fee will remain applicable.

• The workshop duration is subject to variation and may extend beyond the scheduled time. Participants are advised to allow a buffer of approximately ±30 minutes.

• Requests for private or exclusive sessions are subject to availability. Additional logistics and operational costs may apply.

  
  

Confirmation Policy

• The participant receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the participant’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email

• Alternatively, the participant may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is done at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, 25% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.

• If cancellation is done less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, 50% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
