Level 2: Tea Aficionado Program

• Seasons & Flushes of Tea

• Basics of teas from different regions of India – Assam, Darjeeling, Nilgiris

• Tea tasting and tea brewing instructions for different varieties from different terriors of India

• Some Popular White Teas- Bai Mudan (White Peony), Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle), Shou Mei (Eyebrow White Tea)

• Some Popular Green Teas- Longjing, Gyokuro, Sencha, Genmaicha, Matcha

• Some Popular Oolong Teas- Tieguanyin, Da Hong Pao, Dong Ding

Policies

Confirmation Policy

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is done at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, 25% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.

• If cancellation is done lesser than 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, 50% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.

Refund Policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
