Understand the six main types of conventional teas.
Tea Tasting Session - Taste Assamica tea produced using different oxidation levels: green, yellow, white, oolong, black, and post-fermented teas.

Learn about the health benefits of tea.
Discover the best practices for storing tea to maintain its quality.
Day 2
Session 5: How to Brew Tea Properly
The optimum factors to brew a perfect cup of tea.
Master the Japanese Matcha brewing technique.
Experience the Chinese tea ceremony using a Gaiwan.
Lunch at Raming Tea House - Enjoy a special dish made with tea leaves.
Session 5 (continued): Advanced Brewing Techniques
Practice Chinese Gong Fu Cha using a Yixing clay pot.
Learn the popular Western style of tea brewing.
Explore alternative brewing methods, including iced tea brewing.
Session 6: The World Beyond Conventional Teas

Course fee- The course fee of US$ 500 per person is for our regular scheduled courses. If we arrange the course for you specifically, then the fee will be US$ 750 for one person, or US$ 550 per person for a group of two.
If you book 3 courses together (Tea Connoisseur Program + Tea Sommelier Intermediate Program + Tea Sommelier Advanced Program), we can offer you a special combo price. Our admin team will share the details at the time of registration.
Confirmation Policy
The participant receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the participant’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is done at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the program, 25% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.
Alternatively, the student may choose to reschedule the class one time.
If cancellation is done lesser than 3 days prior to the commencement of the program, 50% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
Refund Policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15-30 business days.
